..my goodness, this can't be an expert, what kind of cooking example is this suppose to be, my niece can make a pie in her sleep and this 'expert' tries to pass this so called pie off as pie, it should be placed on a plate and quietly put in a receptacle that's used for pie that belongs in a dish washer!!!
