I m JUST beginning to have the correct terminology for the environmnet I grew up in - thanks in great part to u. Also read the other comments - including urs - congradulations on getting ur degree!!!
@scarletfrankly1 Scarlet, that really blesses me to hear that your frustration has been finding a "voice." I am sad that you experienced the pain that too many others have, however. Thank you for tuning in to my videos and for speaking out. Stay in touch.
everything u said is rite. I knew my 'mom' was the controller/manipulator - she turned everyone in my family against one another - NOBODY talks to anybody but her. (A few years ago I began to realize her game and took myself out of the game) growing up I always said she played the 'martyr' - everybody was to feel sorry for her - and she slandered me to my father so he would come home and yell at me for hours - he was her pit bull that she got to do her dirty work.
@BambiLena666 I retyped what she said so true and straight to the point I restated it just so it may sink in if anyone hears her message and it clicks with them. Not only will your fake friend pull this on you when you let them get away with it while one is younger and "learn" how to "act", this will spill over when you work for a living you will be treated the same if you don't put your foot down, and in some professions it has cost many lives (short staffing medical to ppl creating war)
@TheJacquibrookes I am glad I am able to help. When I look back at the situations in which I was abused, I praise God that I didn't end up as a statistic like so many others that were unable to get help. I am grateful to be a voice for many voiceless!
Hi. Interesting comments here. Speaks to some of my experiences. Just wondering - and I think this is important - what's your background ? Are you an enthusiastic amateur or do you have professional training in diagnosis of these psychological conditions ? I'm not asking to question what you've said, only to shed some light on where you might be coming from. Thanks - TomatAgung.
@tomatagung@tomatagung I started this Youtube channel, after realizing I had spent a portion of my life with a narcissistic mentor and a narcissistic husband, began researching many articles online, reading books, watching videos, learning about many things. From there, I went back to school, and in November of this year, I will have a Bachelor Degree in Psychology (emphasis on Children).
I think you'll find that the vast majority of narcissists are female. Nice try though, just try replacing the word 'he' with the word 'she' and you will have a video that speaks the truth.
He usually tries to play the pity game and get you to feel sorry for him, he's the poor victim and he needs your help. And pretty soon your helping him out of compassion and might have genuine feelings of care for this person, but before you know it your drained and your resources are too. This is an extremely important warning, the more compassionate you are, you may never understand until it becomes far too late. They truely mean you harm and want to live your life and will stop at nothing.
@linda01234567890 mine does this when i tell him he had done something wrong or hurt me in some way. he goes into your trying to make me feel guilty, i feel like the worst person in the world when you say that, i give my best and i just cant get it right etc. even if the argument is about something small he goes to that extent.

@Hania454 acording to statistical data about 75% of narcissists are male, so thats probably why she uses he instead of she.
