@Terixi It's like a pannkaka but rounded and traditionally cooked with fat drippings from the meat that the puddings accompany in a meal. Yummy Sunday roast and Yorkshire pudding! Apparently Yorkshire pudding were introduced by the Vikings from, you guessed it, Sweden. The tradition of eating Sunday roasts and Yorkshire puddings is something like eating ärtsoppa och pannkakor (och lite punsch!) on Thursdays.
