@brunich24 i wouldnt recommend using the app. It disconnects a lot.. And if you need international calls; your better off with Skype; as its a bit more expensive but the long distance quality is much better!

I recently renewed, and never got any sort of code (it charged my card the day after ordering the additional year), though I logged into my account and noticed that it already applied the additional year of service to the account. I guess they simplified their registration process. BTW I clicked the "Additional Years - click to add" button in the softphone to renew.

I paid 50 some $ for one year only it took 4 or 5 days before it started to work and it only worked for a few days then I couldnt dial out any more, besides all the bad connections I was getting

they automatically renewed my service when i did not ask for it...i called them and took me more than an hour to get to talk to a customer service agent..they said i will get the refund in 3 days.... i did not want to renew majic jack because im now using NET TALK...not computer needed just plug it in direct to modem or router

Wow, well i wanted to ask you, i recieved it after 1 day, but since i placed the code, i doubled click the magicjack icon and it seems the code hasent kicked in yet. Its been 3 Days now, is that normal?

if that is the case, go to the magicjack website and communicate with their customer service representatives. I dont see why a code that they issues you wouldnt be active. Maybe they have to reissue a new one. they may ask you to submit an RMA claim.

Typically when you pay for a serial number to be emailed you would expect to recieve it after 5 minutes in your inbox, but Magicjack can take up to a week to send it.
