Ok, I'm kind of stuck creating a dark eldar army. Right now I have an archon with husk blade and soul trap with a Lahaman (The poison lady) A kabalite warrior squad with shredder and a dark lance and a squad of hellion squad with the smoke launchers. I'm thinking of an extremely fast army and I am getting reavers and raiders and a sucubus as my second HQ and a homonculus as my alt HQ

It says explicitly in the main rule book that dedicated transports count as a troop choice for the sake of Dawn of War. You guys seem to continuously do this wrong. I think I even saw a Land Raider during DoW deployment which can never be a dedicated transport for a troops choice. This means it was Heavy Support so shouldn't ever be on the table until turn 2 ever!

How can the Necronplayer let 2 Warriorsquads come from reserve through the monoliths? Has he 4 Squads? Cause you can only let them come if you have 2 Squads coming normal on the board...look at the codex under the Necronwarriors at "Reserves"

@koora8 Its called Warhammer 40 000. Dawn of War is the computer game. Also it is a kind of mission when the first turn is played in Night fight rules. There are 3 kinds of basic matches, Annihilation (Death Match) and Two objective games.

@koora8 Dawn of War in tabletop is a game mode where each player first fields only a few units as scouts, this is to mimic troops scouting for the enemy at night time. Once your scouts find the enemy you then field your main army. This is just like how the pc game Dawn of war is played, with the whole fog of war mechanic.

@koora8 they are not going to do a Dark Eldar Battleforce (a big shame for long term players like myself) And u dont need special characters for your army, u just need a HQ, which in Space Marines could be a captain, librarian or a load of other things. In Dark Eldar you have a lot of choices in the new codex. Space Marines r easy to start of with, as they are easy to paint and forgiving on the battle field.
