This property is way over valued and is not worth the euros being asked ...maybe worth 1000.000.00 euros way below the asking price of over 3 million....the place has no redeeming qualities either...that would attract a wealthy client..not worth the money!!

The interior design isn't very good... the spiral staircase looks shot-ty and dangerous and I feel the chandeliers look tacky rather than elegant the furniture used to stage the living room are "Ikea" looking and the coffee table is out of scale in the room and the plasm TV could have a larger screen...beautiful space though;-/ Oh well practice makes perfect!!
