That isn't very loud for a meow, the loudest I've heard is probably when I was on holiday in Greece, this stray cat that the owners of the hotel took in was literally.... so bloody loud! In the mornings I was woken up by one of two things, the cow mooing in the field next door, and the stray cat meowing from outside... the cat was sooooooooo much louder O_o
