U seem to be propounding ur own theories abt sahajayoga.The awakening of Kundalini is very spontaneous n has nothing to do with shavasana but the pure desire within.This video has nothing to do with sahajayoga n its methods.

This as nothing to do with the sahaja yoga taught by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi ! First of all Sahaja yoga is and will remain free of charge. Secondly, it starts by a real experience of awakening the kundalini energy at the base of the spinal chord. For that no need to lay down! Third, one has to be honestly seeking the truth.
