ya ive been having the sauce withdrawls no sacue on anything almost gonna do some research and possibly a little hands on experimentation to try n make myself some SCD safe sauces soon. had a steak with no sacue I may have well had a hamburger thats what it tasted like.

you know I can't deny it, every few times I thrown on a little A-1 sauce to remind me of the old days, but yeah, do some experimenting, and let me know how that goes for you!
