How great Bill, that you came from US to visit Fu Long. I know Fu Long didn`t make it easy for you as he slept a lot at that time. But I am glad that you enjoyed to anyway and your Fu Long videos are cute.
It would be wonderful if you visit him someday in Bifengxia. I also consider it.

Thanks a lot. According to the contract he had to go to China at the age of 2 years. I am glad that his departure could be delayed for 3 months until Nov, 18. I hoped that his stay in Vienna might be further extended but it is not possible. According to the zoo he now comes into an age where he needs more room and the enclosure only gives enough space for two adult Pandas and a cub.
The cub Fu long has to go to China. To make it easier for him his keeper will stay a few weeks in Bifenxia. That reassures me. It almost breaks my heart shat he has to go but it is necessary. On the other hand: what makes me happy that he really had a wonderful time here in Vienna together with his mom. Our zoo did a great job!

But my tear still drops.....I hope they will take good care of Fulong(I don't think that Fulong can survive in the real wild natur, I just remember the destiny of Xiangxiang-a panda bear, he died because they set him to the wild but couldn't survive since he was not used to the wild life any more-I hope they won't do this stupid thing to Fulong). @lennymama: I think they will good take care of Fu Long. China makes so many efforts to beware the Pandas from extinction. I think it is a great honor that Vienna can host Yang Yang and Long Hui. And how wonderful that they got cute Fu Long.
Somehow I have the feeling that he is still a mom's kid and Yangyang just loves him so much....in this video we see that Fulong can take away the food from Yangyang's mouth and I am not sure whether he can do it by another bears without being attacted( heart breaking) ....I hope he will be treated naturally and nice, like here in his birth place.....and I am so sad for Yangyang-how will she feel that her little boy just leaves for always...

Seit ich weiß, dass seine Betreuerin eine zeitlang bei ihm bleibt, glaube ich, dass es viel leichter für Fu Long wird sich einzugewöhnen. Danke, ich freue mich sehr, wenn meine Videos Anklang finden. Ich wollte ihn vor knapp 2 Jahren nur einmal besuchen. Ich hätte nie gedacht, dass ich Stammgast werde und sogar Videos uploade. Aber Fu Long & seine Familie haben mein Herz im Sturm erobert.

Oh, I am so sad that Fu has got to leave his mommy! I know it is the right thing to do, but I still have an aching heart for both of them. Fu Long has surely gave us many happy days, and he will be missed sooooooooooooo much! Love you, Fu Long!
