I told my sister & she just shrugged her shoulders. That makes me just as mad as PGE installing those meters. It's probably the same with most people, they don't care. The nerve PGE to issue that phoney boloney statement about personal safety to customers. If they don't remove the meter from my property then I'll remove the damn thing myself. On another note: learn about "jury nullification" it's important. Judges hate & fear it. Link in my profile. Thx for including info in video description.
Thanks for posting this. For self protection folks can put a metal bar across their electric meter to prevent installation. To protect from neighboring smart meters, metal mesh/metal covered materials provide shielding as long as the holes in the screens are smaller than the wavelength emitted by the smart meter. If you live in a stucco home the chicken wire underneath reflects the EMF back back out to the street. Look into Low-e housewrapm Aluminum blinds, metal window
Some folks hate progress. Unfortunately some of those folks seem to have an agenda that involves spreading lies and scare stories about anything that is new that they don't understand.
@MrsZambezi Not everyone understands or agrees with these positions. To some, the taking of power and rights is considered a natural function of government and a corporate entitlement. They believe we must forfeit rights and freedoms to have a "civil and orderly" society. Nothing could be further from the truth. A "smart meter" is nothing more than a 4th amendment violating, radiation emitting, spy device.
PG&E doesn't need customer permission to service , upgrade ,repair Electric meters or maintain their meters on customer property and has the right to ingress and egress for any reasonable reason at any reasonable time in regards to such and failure to comply makes customers subject to disconnect from electric service
This is the exact same technology that is going into schools (Wi-Fi). This is just the beginning of the fight against wireless technologies. Talk to your School Trustees and tell them you disapprove of your children being exposed to such a controversial device, and stand against smart meters!
@adamatova Try this test, put your cell phone on top of a smart meter, Wrap it and the smart meter with two layers of aluminum foil. Take another cell phone and call your phone under the foil. Did it ring? (No signal no ring)
@SmartMeteResistance - Wouldn't not getting/putting out a signal also cancel out the SM's function and lead to the utility company thinking I'm tampering with their device? I'm thinking yes. This stupid meter is in a utility cupboard outside my door. That's how they do things here. I was thinking about putting something on around the cupboard from the inside - would that be safe for me and also keep the utility bloodsuckers happy?

Cover your meters with aluminum foil and it will stop transmitting the RF radio signals that make people sick.
