From what I remember, they dont play it anymore because it is hard to play and they just can't seem to find a good live sound for it. I think if he abandoned the guitar and just let the rest of the band play while he sang I think it might come out quite nicely.

I am just going to be redundant and say that this song is PERFECT!!! Gives me shivers every time, the lyrics accomplish perfect word painting and the music fits (excuse me for lack of a more original word) perfectly! I like this equally to the album version, the emotion is thick and incredible in this, but I have to say its incredible with drums and harmony! Incredible!
