Thank you for your commemt , as to your question, there was no real effort at all. and that"s What really is great about this coclking mechanism and it really comes in handy for people with disabilities who my be confined to a wheel chair. This type of crossbow makes it possible for people with certain disabilities to go out and have fun like everyone else. This the main reason I like this crossbow so much. @Monst3r199 Thats the sacrifice of the crossbow vs the longbow or recurve, crossbow can have high power without the strain of use making them easy to use, but give up the range and rate of fire the longbow has, also less fun, but its still a great crossbow.

PS: While hunting the goal is to not shoot more than one shot :)

I dont know why you would want one of the cocking ropes that is attached to the crossbow anyway. It adds alot of weight when you could just get a normally cocking rope that can get the job done in have to time
