This was such a good album. We use to sit outside drinking Spanada and listen to all this music . I never get tired of it. I've seen him in concert at least 15 times and I will continue to go see him every time he comes to town.

I have Many of lill Joe & The Latinaires Albums 8tracks 45, Another Of my Favorites, I Play these records when My Kids & Grandkids come around. I dont want them to forget there heritage & These Great Tex Mex Legends
Believe me when I say this while growing up in East LA in the 60's believe me and with all carnalas and carnales that I had and all the music that I grew up listining to Little Joe was the ultimate to listen to and believe me if you did not have Little Joe, WAR or Oldies in your album collection you were screwed.
this song is a classic tearjerker reminds me of my familia THE ORONA'S from EL MONTE CALIFAS R.I.P uncle pete, victor y josie, kika & mi todo my mom Rosie not a day goes by that "WE" dont think of all of you !!!!! and to flores2chevy keep it up bro and god bless.
Thanks so much for all these absolutely beautiful music...it brings me back when I was a youg girl...long...long time ago...please keep posting moore music like this....
Little Joe first recorded for Rangel records in San Antonio and then he went to Valmon in Austin where he made it big with his big hit Por Una Amor and later to El Zarape in Dallas and the rest is history, this song hits you en el valentine
Thanks Flores for telling us they were the Latinaires before they became la Familia and that they recorded on Buena Suerte records which was their label before they recorded on El Zarape records, setting it straight for the raza who wasn't there at the time.
Great Music, even though it was a little before my time, Grew up listening to it, did not have much choice My dad and uncles would Jam to it all the time, Now that My dad has passed on I listen to it because it takes me back to those days that I miss so much, seeing my dad and uncles singing to all of the little joe songs while drinking a six pack. and making my kids listen to this good ole music.
@samuelt9908 I hear ya, my dad would sing this to my mom at the bbqs. My mom has since passed and sad to say he doesn't play alot of this old music anymore. Almost afraid to pop in some of this music not sure what may happen.
Now thats some serious DRINIKNG MUSIC..The Monarch in Austin Texas is bringing back Tejano music dances...so plz everyone support Tejano music where ever you are.
This music and the pictures remind me of my two uncles who passed away two years ago. They were like best friends. One passed away and the next month the other passed away.
this song really says alot about how much music has changed from the early 60s to today

@flores2chevy Ultimate Music!!! Little Joe is the ultimate King or ICON of Tejano SOUL. I will never forget when I was 8 years old and heard Little Joe & the Latineers play "Hello Stranger". I think Paula was guest vocalist. That song hit me deep in my soul. I made up my mind one day I would play a Hammond B-3 Organ. And I did. Keep posting more classics. All of my old Little Joe LP's burned up in a house fire I experienced in May of 1979. Thank You so much for the postings!
this entire album is AWESOME,grew up listening to this and would love to find it on CD....this song is called "virjincita de mi vida" I loved hearing this again!!!
