I'm using this via bluetooth and it works to a point. i am able to transfer video to my pc but when i try to use it on windows live messenger or skype it says that it doesn't detect a webcam despite me seeing my big head in the mobiola display. could u please help me to remedy this?

Most probably you do not have Mobiola webcam driver installed. Reinstall whole thing and make sure that you read all the popups during the installation. One popup should ask you if you want to install the driver -- the answer is yes
