Staph infection never was good. Not then, not now. I liked him better when he was Eddie Vedder. I would also point out that this is a non-melody droning piece of shit song.
@specifictender i would also point out that you're a loser who lives in his parents basement because you go on bands you don't even like and put hate comments i think i speak for everyone here when i say go watch porn for another 3 hours and leave creed alone

@2ballswaxed no but you can mature from liking good pop rock songs because they're fun to listen to, into having a deep appreciation for the more artistic forms of musical expression.
creed is really nothing special, scott stapps always been a total rip off of eddie vedder, tremonti is really the brains and artistic core of the operation. Especially seeing as how he writes over half of the material himself between guitars, lyrics and structure.
@alphaguitar2 all tremonti was responsible for was the music, stapp wrote the lyrics. which i think both are damn good. and its impossible to sing with that much power, and intentionally sound like somebody, so he's not trying to sound like eddie vedder. the way he sings is just a style, just like every other fuckin band from the 90's. STP, Pearl Jam, even matchbox 20, or alice n chains. creed sold more albums with just 3 records then pearl jam ever did
@2ballswaxed tremonti brought a lot of lyrics to stapp and they worked on them together, during the old albums anyways, I dunno about full circle.
I really don't give a shit about record sales because it has nothing to do with an artist's worth, thats like saying... WELL KE$HA SOLD LIKE 11 BILLION BLAH BLAH SO THEREFORE SHE IS BETTER THAN AT THE DRIVE-IN. Creed has a wider audience, a fair portion of which is a younger generation, less matured and easier to sell to.
@alphaguitar2 dude regardless of any opinion on them i think they are talented guys. stapp's stage presence speaks for itself, and what he lacks in vocal range i think he makes up for with power. which is also why i believe nowadays his voice is fucked but thats another story.... i saw ur video, your a pretty good musician man
@2ballswaxed yeah well, I'm still giving them more credit than the majority of modern radio rock bands, the 90s was really the last bastion of popular rock I think.
Theres some real shit on the airwaves right now. My current style is a lot different than any of the old original stuff I've uploaded but thanks either way.
@alphaguitar2 yea man it was good guitar work. me im more of a singer than guitar player, i play mostly rhythm, but u got a good voice. lol kinda punkish. i agree about the 90's. have you heard scott stapp's new song "somber?" its bad ass man its way different than creed, it sounds really modern. its on youtube. i dont know who played guitar on it, but its damn good
first time i saw this, my uncle had it recorded on vhs when i came over for a guitar lesson. Man how time flies.

@jamiethatyoufear weathered was the name of an album that creed had released. The weathered tour was the supporting tour.

it must have been later when the band went sour... they seem like they are happy to be rocking out and happy to be a band at this point in 02
