so getting towards a 180bhp figure with just an airfilter and an exhaust-system to the original is probably most of the time out of the question...low 170's maybe, but it won't be that super ..add a chip and some good testing at an experienced tuner , which does cost a bit and takes some time aswell and your chances to get a healthy bhp-profit are greater ...tuning isn't a plug&play game !

Best people can do is going stock on the rollers , first be sure to have a very healthy engine ..after that , test the engine with your tuner on the rollers with different parts/brands ..although these st's all have the same engine, some just benefit better from other parts/brands , depending on so many factors , like the use & driver , oils etc used , rims & tires , suspension blahblah ...

@domingos123456789 True! I had a Suzuki Swift GTi with 4 bike carbs and that gave me like 4hp and 7nm extra. Full free air stainless exhoust,with no CAT gave me max 10hp. The only good performance gain was the fast cams. That gave me like 20hp extra. :-D And this depends how wild the cams are.

@Chichas94 1000 hours is not nessasary........My old stock Swift GTi had 99hp from factory and with fast cams,chip tuning,cilinder head port+polish and a free air exhaust it gave 137hp. And someone dyno'd his stock Swift GTi and it had 94hp then. So thats about 40hp gain. :-)
@domingos123456789 ...actually not entirely true ...not all of these get 150bhp stock ...many st's only get about 145-148bhp on the testbanks , just a few get the promised bhp , when tuning it makes almost the same story .
At ford-meets i've seen fiesta's with just an induction getting more out of the car then some with a chip and other way round aswell , so you can say it still stays the old story of test and trail ! Every engine is different, every driver handles it different etc
@TheAMGLover a had a mk2 mondeo 1.8 and it should ov had about 115. but it would ruin a saxo vts :P yet ma m8 had a mk2 with the same 1.8 and it couldnt touch mine. both were stock.

Well you see if you new about cars you would realise that it has been lowered on coil overs and the camber adjusted on the front, oh and the fact that the alloys are the 8 inch cossie alloys, which all helps for traction, (go and do some home work before you try and knock someone down), there is going to be a new video on here soon, keep an eye on my vids, it is going to be my car on the rolling road, just to prove all they guys and girls on here who doesnt believe what my car is pushing

Nice vid. It does sound and look great. But i mean just why spend all that on a fiesta when you can get an r33 gtr skyline with 320hp for only 6 grand? Fair enough it wouldn't be new and would probably have high milage. But still they are fast as fuck and good runners. Plus it looks cooler than any hatchback. For me anyway. :)

When you like driving , like to go on the tracks and love a car with great feedback..the fiesta still is on top of the list . The clio is also nice, then again it's all a personal matter..and to be very honest , i don't like the clio at all, but i do agree it's also a nice trackday-car . Just try them out , i'm sure you'll like the fiesta's driving-capabilities !

@jasivia with the cams, you can get a decent remap and you can red line around the 7500 rev mark, some people have taken it to 7800 revs but thats just asking for blown up pistons,

Ummm, its running a DS re map, cosworth cams, full hose kit, KnN induction, upgraded big end bearings, denso irridium spark plugs, 8.5 mm HT Magnacor leads, and a full Miltek Racing system exhaust, it is a pretty good remap, think thats about it lol, too much to list but it is running like a dream
