Congrats to you for doing it own your own. but I feel you are wrong to cut him out of his kids lives and well did you ever stop to think he don't pay becuase he don't get to see his kids or because maybe he just don't have the money. I know I am a mother going through this just on the other end of if ( I am the one paying CS) If they what to charge CS then they need to revise the laws and follow them.
