Household charge is bullshit. Don't bring it in at all, it would only make situations worse off for those in the middle and lower class.. There's 1.5 million houses. After 3 years, it's not going to total a half-a-billion. It's simple maths.
If we are to pay this SO CALLED "HOUSE HOLD TAX" what are the people going to get out of it? as in England Poll Tax fund the councils to repair roads, play areas, general maintenance of public facilities ect.. does that mean that Ireland is going for the same route and we are going to get better public services ???

don,t pay it first year fee100, next budget increased to 150 before we know it the yearly charge will be 400-500 like the car tax
