CCFL and it's driver might be worth keeping too. Not much else worth saving. (apart from the PSU you already salvaged)

Try it under liquid helium. It probably won't work at 4.2 K (-268.9 C). If thats the case, get out the hammer.

Looks like it may be made by panasonic, they have a similar OSD the Caps still work :D

So are most of these LCD monitors with power supplys able to run on 12V's like car's 14.4V's or what ever it may charge at by taking out the power supply and what not.

chuck the backlights in the microwave ! i microwaved a crap load of them ,they get superbright in the nuker,and most of them survived too

Yah CFL lights don't like the cold. I have one in the light at my front door. takes 5 minutes to warm up.
