The image was found on google images, forget what I searched under, sorry!
The video was put together using mosaic creation software on the Mac - MacOSaiX or Picture Arena (or you can do using Mac 10.5 software). The PC will have many similar programmes. You basically add loads of images and it'll do the rest 4u :)
