Liberia need to invest in herself. Liberian had nat benig develop from the beginning and the civil war make it worst. im Liberian and im not pleacs with how the country look. the resources is, it had ben there from the beginning. especial with young generition have to play our part

They are sucking the US currency out of our country and think we're stupid. We already na put our work permit price up to US$1,000 a yr for foreigners and we reserve the right to renew it only if we choose becuase we na force. Right after it expires, we wey not issue any new one to them and they know they can't work until all Liberians have jobs. Good start.

Bob Johnson recently opened up a resort/villa in Liberia.. hopefully, more of us will contune that trend. by the grace of god, i'm heading back home in a few weeks. i left when i was 11, and returned for a few weeks @ 16 yrs. old -- in 1993... now, i'm going back @ 32 to visit and see if my credentials can contribute... :-)
wow, they need to fix west point, that lake could be a main point for the city kinds like lake michigan in cha town.port buchanna is so beautiful. Wow ,I luv the apartments,there are so many new buildings.Thaks for sharing the video with us, cause some of us have not been to LIb for years.
we as college students need to invest in the infrastructure of liberia... We dictates the future of liberia... put your degree to work in liberia... making changes is people lives is more satisfying than money..
People need to visit Liberia and see for themselves. I left for Liberia March 1, 2008 band got back March 24,2008. Ellen government is a mess. The economic hardship in Liberia presently is a disgrace. People in Liberia are saying even the criminal Charles Taylor government is way bettet then her government. prices. Bag of rice LD 2000 plus, Club beer big bottle is LD100, Guiness stout LD 85, Malta is $65, even soft drink is 40LD. Transportation from broad street to paynesville is LD 45 to 50.
I am glad to see Liberia is rebuilding itself. Alot has looked to change for the better since I was down there in 2003 with the Marine Corps.
