my gramps told me he heard this in world war 2 when a mustard bomb hit his street he said it was the scariest thing stumbling through a street witha gasmask on and gas all around you not being able to see but he said atleast he survived see he wasnt evacuated and stayed in london and apparently every time one of these went off he would see atleast one dead person preety freaky.

my grandmother use to go nuts when ever they use to test the sirens in Oshawa, since her house got bombed durning one of the british air raids in world war 2 in Germany, with her inside, and killing 3 of my great uncles in the room beside the one she was in. I wouldn't dare to mistakenly play this with her around :@
