i got the same guitar but the pickups were bc rich's instead of emg's. i let the pickups change in a shop. now there are kerry king's in and its tuned in drop C theyre great!

i have both and my experience with them is the warlock is more comfortable to sit down and play and its lighter..

so the beast is heavier harder to play sitting down .. but the floyd rose on this guys and the fact its louder acoustically make up for it.

if their the same pickups there really isnt much of a difference.. just depends on which shape you like more. Keep in mind hes using all kinds of stuff to create that tone though.

If you really want to get the most out of that guitar then you have to invest in either a crate or a line 6 amp, those are the two complimenting amps for bc Rich like marshal for gibson kinda lol Trust me on that I have the 120 watt line 6 spider three with a few different pedals and sounds amazing with my BC Rich collection :D

Pinch harmonics. Bitch to get down but once you can they are easy. Pluck a note and kinda hit it with the side of your thumb as soon as you hit it. Basically it will make the string vibrate less.

Most easy done on the g string. Plucked right before the middle pick up.

have the pickups set to the bridge to make it easier. Use lots of distortion at first.

I am going to get a BC Rich SOB but I thought about getting the warbeast. The only problem is that there are no fret markers. Any advice from anybody? I also wanted the warbeast because the SOB only has one knob. For those of you who want to buy one: Good guitar for the price. They're really cheap and you get your money's worth...if you have enough sense to pick out a " good " one. If there's two guitars that " look " exact hanging on the wall, one of them will play better than the other. Also, it looks as though our little middle eastern friend here has upgraded the stock pickups which can be costly depending on the choice. It's well worth it though. Well played my man, very good stuff.

Nah I didnt know at first either theyre called pinch harmonics if you wanna know how to do them and its easy just hold your pick so that only like 3 mm of the pick will pick the string then slightly touch the string with your thumb but fast

If you wanna get them perfect when you pick dont pick straightt down. kinda pick at an angle towards the bridge of the guitar that way it is easier to catch the string with ur thumb. bit hard to explain in a comment but hopefully this helps.

its a BC rich "beast", a word of advice: don't buy that guitar unless your on a budget, or unless you plan to replace the pickups, the stock standards for bc rich suck big time. get a jackson or a dean (for metal) you can still buy cheapish deans and jacksons and get a quality guitar.
