@bennyscot27 - if your comp is 1080p then your output should match that. SImply select the appropriate preset from the output module in the render queue.

Your tutorial is good but whenever i play my video the speed is so slow and its showing something like "NOT REALTIME". Please, I dont know how to set my video speed to Normal.

@techmeetsdan - You need to render, or pre-render this. In After Effects if you simply play, it will not playback in realtime as it needs to render each frame.
