I need help. Long ago I got addicted and its just been getting worse. I wouldn't mind so much but its evolved in all the wrong ways. Its led me to be addicted to a lot of bad stuff like rape and such. That really scares me because I don't want THAT to be my idea of sexual. I don't want to end up being the one raping or torturing people. I want off this stuff, but I can't break it on my own, yet I'm afraid that if I try to get help, people will think I WANT to do that stuff, which I don't.

you may find the other adductions like drug addiction very serious because they have huge physiological loss which can be seen within months or a year. but pornography addiction is more dangerous. it doesn't even causes physical harm that earlier. it just changes you from within. it makes you a bad person, believe me.

Hey dude i also had the same problem with me.

and when i got my personal room it increased to the height...

But then no dvd no video no person could help me.....

The only solution was i had joined a gym with my friend near by my home and within a month i had started to lower the number and after 3 months i only watched it 2 times a week which is normal...

So my friend go out there and join any type of physical training activiy with a friend it will surely help ..........

Pornography addiction is really widespread, but like any addiction it can be sorted out with the right help. Talk to your husband about it, get him to watch this video if you can.
