I adopted Penny when she was already four and she bonded to me instantly and also never hissed at my dog, cats or ferrets - friendly to all of them right from the start. Make sure you have SEVERAL HOURS every day to let them out AND to change their litter and give them food and water. And make sure your family can afford them - they're VERY expensive animals to care for once they age and get sick.

The comforter, you mean? I don't have that one anymore. It wore out. I loved the colours cuz it matched my room nicely. It's a style that they sold at WalMart a few years ago. I found a second one on eBay a couple years later but the quality was kinda crappy so it wore out quickly as well.

And they look chubbier when she looks down LOL Penny's a rescue - someone was giving her away free on craigslist and I convinced them to surrender her to the shelter I volunteer with so we could find her an appropriate home - which ended up, mine LOL

Most times if the cat's acting out it's something in the home causing that - not the cat. Those people probably had a little kid or just weren't very nice to him. Mocha my Ragamuffin was TERRIFIED when I first got her - prior owner had a 3 year old that was torturing her.
o wow. i just went looking for ferrets at a pet store and I fell inlove with my first ferret, hes adorable and pretty young! i called him Chubz ^^ hopefully i can be as experienced with ferrets as yu. :)
None of my first ferrets are in this video - they're all gone. In this vid Roxy's the one I've had the longest. Adopted her from the shelter about two years ago. Sassy the tiny dark one you see in the background on the bed a couple months after that. Jack (the one staring at Penny), Pan (in the tube) and Puck (dark one on the floor when Penny falls off the bed) I adopted together from the shelter a year and a half ago.
She seemed to go from wanting nothing to do with them to totally enchanted with them overnight. Now when they're let out she'll run to the end of one of the tubes just waiting for someone to come through LOL
