Yes. And get your facts right Shao... All speech is not protected, particularly some inflammatory speech. (i.e. speech that incites riots, fighting words doctrine). This is the same guy who selectively prosecuted the Jena Six. Justin Barker had a GUN on campus. THIS IS A FEDERAL OFFENSE. This guy did not prosecute him or "elected" not to do so. Hey Joe pt 3 (American Reality) The law he upheld was Jim Crow's law.

Standing on the side of injustice as Washington did, brings about consequences from those who believe in justice. He had a choice and he chose to hide behind his job and support the injustices of the racist system that has been violating the rights of his forefathers for 400 years. (Bell) is sentenced as an adult Washington admitted in his own testimony that being a juvenile protects the white kids from prosecution. Congressional hearing revealed the white "victim" had brought a loaded gun to school. He is still attending the school while Bell is in prison.

Yeah. Uncle Tom for doing his job and upholding the law, rather than getting behind a cause that many know (and more are finding out everyday) was based on lies from the beginning. He knows the score. He has seen the evidence. If he thought they didn't have a case, he'd be trying to protect his job by speaking out against the wrongful charges. And yes, I believe he, along with many others involved in this, has gotten death threats from supporters of the Jena 6.
