The adjustable resolution and bandwidth are great. Simple UI- I had to manually configure the IP address due to our corporate network blocking SIP (boy is that stupid) but it was easy. Upgradable firmware says more features are coming...
I've had several calls with it. I see it saving business trips and improving communications- you can't read body language through a phone. My staff works 2,000 miles away so I want them to have one. Clip-on webcams are weak and not for professional use.
