  • Fantastic.

  • The viola of Bashmet is magic !

  • Sofia <3333333333 ... i wonder if boulez will ever consider conducting this amazing composer ?

  • The lead instruments start out fighting madly to escape a prison of form, and after they've burnt through their strategic reserve of energy, the trap's jaws pierce even deeper into the flesh of formality, literally forcing the music to face the grim reality and "hear" its voice.

  • reminds me of bartoks Miraculous mandarin!

  • the Wagner Tubas add such a wonderful richness to the brass section here... great orchestration

  • It mainly reminds me of dinosaurs chasing humans. Especially the part from 3:47 on sounds like the soundtrack for Jurassic Park by John Williams. Nevertheless great music!

  • this kind of reminds me of space..... like its a description of everything in the universe going on at once and then the orchestra dies down and focuses in on little earth hahahaha thats me trying to sound intelligent

  • 4:08... it looks like they're trying to see who plays better... :D

  • Great music. Don't try to understand it - let it live in yourself.

  • It sounds to me like the conception of a child in the womb. The struggle of a fetus prefering to stay in its mother's womb.

  • I just cant understand this music. XD i like it lol

  • This reminds me of Stravinski.

  • Gubaidulina es una compositora rusa-tártara, conocida por la profundidad religiosa de su música. She is perhaps the greatest female composer in the world. Thanks for this video!
