its spore bin and its located in (C:/program files/electronic arts/spore/sporebin.) but if you installed it in a diff location like D:/ install it manualy... hope this helps

Hmm it worked for me...If you installed the game before the patch it wont work,try uninstalling creepy and cute and then installing the patch,if it still doesnt work then i dont know what the problem is.
