I do sometimes agree with those who say they overshot it by having such a big display and closed down part of the Interstate at rush hour. However, at the same time, these people were also the first SFFD firemen to die in the line of duty in seven years (not counting the fireman who was murdered in "Mr. Monk Can't See a Thing"; that was a TV incident and it doesn't count).
For better or worse, I honor the two lost and all other present firefighters. I also want to remind people always pay attention to their home-fire safety. The computers, the TVs, and all other electronics. Please, make sure their either in-care or better to be off when you left the houses. And always check their working condition from time to time. They are not deserved to die for our carelessness on home-fire.

Thank you for capturing this moment on video. I too was there on the MUNI platform and witnessed a wonderful tribute to our fallen local heros.
