  • The whole "diet" bullshit is SOOOO overrated

    if you have a low calorie intake then the body will get used to store fat at a much faster rate! so if you're dumb enough to completely starve yourself then you desrve to be unhealthy!!!

    the word diet = what you consume - just keep it healthy with lots of greens and exercise constantly with lots of stretching

    Everyone: coconut rum (1 oz) and diet coke is the way to go. 1 point per drink, and its 35%. (instead of 2 points vodka). Watch out, it tastes good, and gets you reallyyy drunk without you realizing it!.

  • well, I don't drink at all, so this one was useless for me personally (I'll be 25 in a week and a half, and I've NEVER EVEN HAD alchohol)

  • Me, too. So far, I've only had light-style beers, either Bud Light or Michelob Ultra, the latter being my favorite of the two. Which, by the way, are the only two beer brands I've ever tried. Say, Jess, do you have a favorite beer?

  • Good tips thanks =P I'm lucky since.. I rarely ever drink alcohol. Like maybe 2 times every 4 months haha.
