  • Thanks for sharing Mimigee. Lots of people can learn from this.

  • terrible

  • hey mimi actually i think you done great, your nerves were hardly noticable and your very entertaining. I used to get so neverous doing speechs im abit better now it took a while though

  • You did a fine job. It takes alot of courage. Have you ever heard of Toastmasters?

  • You're right. That was pretty bad mumble mumble mumble like mumble mumble uhh mmmm he he mumble mumble mumble mumble blah blah.

  • Aw, Misa, you are adorable. So sweet. When was this? Like, how long ago/what year?

    You are the sweetest!

  • This was my senior year in high school, so 2001, so I was 17.

  • Aw, you were so good! Man, I wish I could give a halfway decent speech at 17.... haha. Heck, I can barely do that now!

In any event, I think it was beautiful and you did a great job. : )

  • you did good, you are way better than me! my hands get shaky and my forhead gets all sweaty. at the end when your voice gets kind of shaky, mine is like 10 times worse, it sounds like im crying. i hate it. but yeh you did good,

  • lmfao that made me laugh so hard. sounds like me.

  • your not bad...

    cant really tell your nervous

  • Public speaking aint easy and I know, but good job on trying, statistics says people rather die than public speaking.

  • oh and you ar'nt bad at all.ur better than me and, like....you were great!:)

  • omg i feel ur pain! i have to present science project and that will be...that's just gunu fail:(

  • Heyy i think u were really great.....just dont bother what others might think when you say something on stage which usually gets anyone anxious about saying anything on stage.....

  • omg i hate presenting so much. no offense but i start to get anxiety watching you stuggle. just make sure to practice practice practice and go in there like you own the place

  • lololol i know how it feels..

  • You were very good!

  • Youre better than me

  • firstly, please edit the title of your video. You are NOT a terrible speaker. Secondly, you being chosen to give a speech says a lot about who you are and your worth to your school.Lastly, you need to affirm yourself, that you are a good speaker, because no one else will. Good job!

  • no u was great!greater than me...!at least u completed the speech better than other speaker!i would said,!keep it hard work....u really good^^

  • I can't agree that you were a great speaker. You certainly were better than some famous actors who read their acceptance speaches or want to honor those who helped them. And these are actors who, you would think, could at least memorize their lines.

However, you were not a terrible speaker -- far from it. You had a beautiful and capturing smile all the way through, you had a story and you were emotional -- all signs of a great speaker.

  • You are a terrible public speaker.

  • Stop downing yourself....That was good..There's nothing wrong with pausing.

  • I wonder why you called this video "I am a terrible public speaker." On the other hand, I think that you are a great speaker. The video was entertaining and you made your point. We are so used to hearing how a speech "should be told." you made this speech from the heart. If you ever have to make another speech and you feel that you need more preparation for it, google alexvidalinfo
