i used to see this when i wuz a lil kid and milo is my favorite. but i've never seen milo use that tecnique from 1:11 to 1:31, is it like a secret move or what?

@Charlez08 Thats a good question, That move was used when he go to Andromeda's Island to kill Albiore and company, its not oficial I Think .-. Saint Seiya it's full of secrets, If you already search in wikipedia you'll see they call it " Torment"
