Peice of shit video sucks balls. You don't have a good body and can't talk without pissing people off. Why bother making a series of videos when they all are just awful. You don't qualify to talk to me or anyone else who wants to lose weight.
This is a GREAT video. I just joined the gym, and I have also been intimidated by the weights. I cant afford the personal trainer so it is so nice to see how to videos on how to use the machines, so you dont look like a fool , thanks :)
