Its no longer a world of wonder where one goes to have fun, its a world obsessed with leveling, powerful items, and more powerful jobs. I mean yeah the pirates were an awesome addition to the game, but from there on every other new job that came is basically just a lure to keep people coming and spending their money on getting stronger items for their new job characters..

What ever happened to Tiger? He was #1 from like 113 to 160ish and then just disappeared. Surely he wasn't hacking, he would've been caught instantly since he was the top player. Same thing with Suuushi, being #2 for so long. All the top players disappeared and then a bunch of random people replaced them suddenly. Only person I remember from back then and actually made it to 200 was KhainPriest. Too bad she's still not #3 though.

Yeah This was the best part of maplestory, honestly. Before the 7 or so EXP curves implemented to make the game easier.

Back when Tiger was a beacon of inspiration, Zhelm was for Elites, only top 100 pros could defeat Crim Rogs, ONLY pro priestess and pro dk 2man teams could train at Ludi Grims (and kill pap), When areas like Omega sector, KFT, MuLung, Herb town, Aqua, Masteria, actually had noticable populations. Whats the point of having places like omega if no one goes there.. Such a waste.
