I've got a EF Falcon with a RedBack cat back system, a high flow Cat (Same as the 1's used as upgrades on the new XR6T's) and Extractors... Its a little louder on idle, has a mean tone when crusing, and when u put your foot into it, everyone knows your coming... Also, have your airbox ported, or take the snorkle off... My EF picked up 15KW by porting the airbox. My car makes 135KW @ rear wheels with only - Full exhaust system and ported airbox. Gives mid 90's V6 commodores a run for their money.
Hey guys how you doin? I got myself a 1986 Mitsubishi Cordia GSR runing a 2.5 inch straight thru exhaust with an 8 pound Turbo with the boost adjuster. Its no WRX but it rattles my house windows when I leave the turbo timer running the car in the driveway lol. For straight up $ value, yall should get a hold of an old cordia and play around with it, but parts are fast becoming hard to find in certain areas as the cars are now 23 years old
nah they're pretty quiet... This was the loudest redback suystem you could get..i think Lukey's are a bit louder... sounds very quiet though compared to the rex!

It does sound good, i used to love it anyway ~3k rpm sounds sweet...I won't deny that. But go for a drive in a rex... You'll no longer think the falcon exhaust is too loud! My rex idles as loud as the falcon used to be at full revs! haha.

I loved the sound the exhaust had. Would have liked it to be a little louder, but didn't sound too bad for a ford 6.. Nothing better than a Ford 8 exhaust though! (apart from the wrx burble!!!)
