I'm just wondering. Since Hidan is immortal, why does he bother dodging all those attacks? At first, I assumed he was toying with them, but i noticed that he looked genuinely worried sometimes. :l

In case you didn't watch the previous episodes. Asuma was able to decapitate his head which immobilised him completely because he was trapped by Shikamaru's shadow. He may be immortal but if he doesn't continue to kill, then the effects of Jashin will eventually reject him thus reverting him back to a mortal being.

So learning from that first encounter, he definitely doesn't want that happening again.
