She died because her producers knew about her addictions and decided that was the image to make money off of. Watch as she spirals, inspire her to make music about it and bring in profit because of her controversy... 3 things that sell, sex, controversy and death. She was a great artist with a truly one-of-a-kind voice. More jazz and soul than the soul sisters of the US. Putting it into perspective - people didn't care enough to truly help her when she was, clearly, cry out for it. Shame on them

Her bf left her because he decided she was never going to get clean and her parents were constantly hassling her, her father made her go into rehab and she resented him for it. She wrote a song about not wanting to go to rehab. Amy always did things the way she wanted no matter what anyone else said, all of her friends, her boyfriends, her parents, her family, pushed her to get help.

It tends to almost glamourize drug abuse as if they were brilliant because of their problems. You don't do your best work when your a hardcore heroin addict. She did STOP the drugs, and she was drinking still and binging then she would wean off it then binge again. her father said he thinks seizures from withdrawal (doing that over and over again) killed her. Alcohol WITHDRAWAL. DO RESEARCH.

complete bullshit. i have never done drugs or wanted to do them. i have refused them since i was younger and in high school. had no fucking problem turning them down and still dont as for alcohol i dont abuse it and i drink on occasion, never smoked or fucked around with guys when i was a teenager and ive gone through tons of horrible shit in my life.

What do I have left now? Amy Winehouse is gone. For me, her music helped me escape stress and sadness. What do I do? What did I do wrong? All Amy needed was a friend to help her.
