And there are trillions of puzzle pieces out there. Only God can see them all, and that is why we can put our trust in him. And know that without him there, the world would be worse than it is.

I think it's more about putting your trust and faith in someone who may not be directly there, whether that be a deity, a lost friend, a loved one who has passed away, etc. and how although we feel alone due to the disconnection, we tell ourselves that we are never alone.
