Nice bike. I have a 84 softail and I just put a 180 with a 5.5 rim on mine. I had to fab the brake mount but it fits like a glove. All the shops said it couldn't be done but they are biting their tongue now. I also put in a 5 speed which they said couldn't be done.
I just bought a 92 softail with S&S Carb and thunder header. I am looking to get a new set of bars for it but i am kind at a toss up for 10in apes or drag bars like you have. where did you get these bars if you don't mind me asking. And what kind of seat do you have on there? I have the ugly pillow seat on mine as of right now but am getting rid of it as soon as i can.
the drag bar came from custom chrome or drag specialties (i'm not sure which one ) the riser have 8 inches. my seat is a lepera barebone but i changed the foam againts a special foam, more comfortable.
What year is that bike? Where did you get that 200mm tire kit from and did the fender come with it? and how would you compare your thunderheader to a vance and hines on performance and sound? thanks.
1992. I bought the swingarm kit from a local shop in 2005 and the strutless fender didn't come with it. The thunderheader's sound is a little more deep, both are loud enough, i don't know which one is better on performance but my thunderheader is the better pipe i ever had.

It's a H-D softail stock frame and the swing arm is an aftermarket for a 200 tire.
