  • @Harper0911 Che Yonghong (1833-1914), also called Che Yizhai was accepted by Li Laoneng as a student and learnt Xingyiquan, then becoming a student of an elderly Dai Wen Xiong. He changed and reformed Xingyiquan to form his own branch, famous for narrow stances and refined power - Che style Xingyi.

  • @iamPROTOTYPE cool, thanks for the info. There are a lot of styles and sometimes they can get a bit confusing.

  • Master Li's Xingyi is dangerous. Proceed with caution..

  • PLIS alguiEn me dice como se empieza enseÑANDO el estilo X que p aca (ARGENTINA) son todos unos chantas...GRACIAS

  • still goin on about this? just purchase the video to see

  • she was in mid sentence saying it counterattacks with a smashing punch

  • ok, she said "IT facilitates lung function", the same "IT" which counteracts bengquang by "splitting" wood. Right.

  • She says its a "smashing punch" which is supposed to describe "beng chuan" which is wood, and supports liver function. If she meant smashing, then she should have said "liver" and not "lung". If she meant splitting, then she is is correct, because it would support lung function. He seems to be doing the classical fist form of splitting.

  • What are you-12? Its the metal element (splitting fist) from Xing Yi's 5 elements.
