when i taught basic english in fukuoka, i was afraid to eat konyaku. my japanese host sister told me that the translation was "devil's tongue." i don't know if she was right, but that ruined it for me.
I'd say konnyaku is more like... someone decided to try making tofu out of potatoes. Konnyaku jelly, however, is spectacular.. though I've never had grape flavor.
More importantly, though, the Toblerone song is awesome. You should try to find time to write a full version, like back when you were desperately looking for something to do other than eat chicken dust.
