  • So, "might makes right?" That has been used to justify a lot of dictatorships throughout history. It's a primitive approach that relies on force rather than the strength of an intellectual position. It's the justification of bullies the world over.

  • I am confused how Matt could be a dedicated Christian for so long if he find the God of the Bible a mafia boss. Do you really have to first lose your faith to see the light??

  • @DanielosII He didn't think that God was bad while he was a Christian. He quit when he realized that God's not real.

  • @lasoogneypubes

So how come he thinks God is so bad now? Do you really have to be an atheist to see the immorality of the Bible and the character of Jahve?

  • @DanielosII Seems logical to me. Thinking God is bad is what makes people Atheists. I don't know any religious people who think the Bible is immoral.

  • @DanielosII I guess so to a degree because some Christian see the God of Islam as evil and visa versa.I a different belief as someone tends to stuff different. The problem is that Christians don't see there god as evil no matter what he does,he can kill half the plant and Christian will say it's not evil if god does it or they were sinners who deserve it.

  • NO NO NO NO NO NO! YOU'RE DONE!

  • "Why does god have this right?"

    "Because he's god."

    Fuck. Off.

  • 2:16

  • Awesome. Well done, Matt. More Moral Than God Part 2. Time for Part 2.

  • @Chuloloc matt is a genius. another creationist argument that is rehashed over and over and over again is the whole "god doesn't allow evil events to occur the devil does." that argument is so flawed. first of all, god created satan in the first place. he's supposedly omniscient and omnipresent so he knows everything that happens in the past, present and future. he knows everything the devil does yet refuses to stop it? that seems very strange and makes no sense.

  • @thrashblackdeath666 Yeah, but dispite those fallacies, the bible god is a total egomaniac. Creating a moral system that he's knows no one will be able to keep yet, it condemns us even more. What's even worse is that it's a system the demands death, destruction and eternal torture all to satisfy his ego. This is what the whole concept of sin is all about. Religious exploitation and perversion of morality, law and justice for control as well as justification

  • @Chuloloc of atrocious acts. It's just a prime example of how religion sucks ass and fails at moral guidance and moral resonsibility for everything it's based on religious egotism and nothing ever makes any sense.

  • @Chuloloc Occationally it happen to atheists also! I mean that also atheists with deny any argument that any divine exists! Any theistic experiences are "delussions of a (temporarilly or permanently) distrupted mind" for atheists! And for theists everything is indeligebly desinged for some High Inteligents! So arguing in such a matter is rather pointless!

  • 7:01

Then the standard is crooked, end of discussion.

If "joe the neighbour who's never committed a crime" is sent to hell, the the god that does that is an ass.

  • Check out "Might Don't Make Right" video by Truthnumber1 - song all about god the mafia boss!!

  • I hate Joe Blow, the neighbor.

  • Man, Tracie makes a great point about free will and an all-knowing god!

  • Purpose of the universe: huge cosmic joke.

  • Don't "accept Jesus as your savior" => punishment = Hell

Don't "accept Jesus as your savior"

    &

Torture, rape and murder thousands of little children

    => punishment = Hell

    Ergo:

Torture, rape and murder thousands of little children

IS NOT A SIN & NOT PUNISHABLE

  • scrub doesnt understand rule #1 of calling into a phone/radio show. TURN OFF THE MEDIUM OF THE FUCKING PHONE/RADIO SHOW YOU ARE ON. you don't need to blast the conversation over your speakers when IT IS ON YOUR PHONE

  • Matt isn't saying god CAN'T judge the unbeliever to be worse than the rapist, he's saying it's totally wrong and immoral of god to do it if he does it.

God sets out standards that NOBODY can achieve, then kindly offers a loophole to get around it - how can any Xian call that moral?

  • I think the Xian god is improbable because an all-powerful being would never

    a) WANT anything, let alone the worship of insects like us;

    b) Commit vitally important instructions down in writing, to be distorted out of all recognition;

    c) Care what my genitals look like and where I put them, whether I take Sundays off and whether or not I eat shellfish;

    d) Pop his head out of the clouds every five minutes in OT times, and now take to hiding (and complaining when we don't do what it says).

  • I've been told that God is perfect, so he cannot tolerate any imperfection, which is why all who reject Jesus are sent to Hell. There are sooooo many problems with this notion. If God is perfect, then we, his direct creations, cannot be imperfect unless he intended us to be that way. If he intended for us to be flawed, then he condemns us to eternal suffering as punishment for flaws that he put there. It doesn't make an ounce of sense.

  • lol@the FSM in the back.

    I want that poster!

  • @Haseeebo

    - "lol@the FSM in the back. I want that poster!"

Just Google for images with "touched by his noodly appendage" and you'll find dozens of it.

  • Many wonders come once you use the gift of logic and critical thinking.

  • ya know iv never seen so much ignorance on youtube unless they are comments from some atheist menstruating about how christians dont appreciate science...

  • @MrMeineNamen How can someone menstruate about something?

  • @ICanFlyHonest Hahaha

  • @MrMeineNamen Stupid is everywhere on Youtube, on both sides of any issue.

  • The OT / NT god is the same! He's a tyrannical Psychopath who is egomaniacal and childishly insecure. He's murdered millions and had a penchant for killing children (all this can be backed up with scripture). The first thing he tells man is...."fear me!"

Anyone who can look me in the eye and say that you love this monster, and I'll call you a liar! No matter what you think, any human being would instinctively want to get as far away as possible from such a monster! Could u trust such a being?

  • @Cootabux Yep God is a monster.

  • Just imagine Jeffrey Dahmer in heaven....

  • God, the mafia BITCH

  • I am a Christian. However, I would like to applaud you guys. You are very fair with your callers and do not give off the pretentious vibe that many others like you do. Cheers to you.

  • @MrMaybeSomething Wow. More religious people should listen to you! I'm a borderline militant atheist and this gave me hope that there are still decent theists out there...cheers to YOU.

  • @MrMaybeSomething : Actually, they are pretentious as well as dogmatic. They're just more subtle in their rhetoric ;-)

  • @MrMaybeSomething I agree sometimes Atheist can be very disrespectful & agressive. I mean no disrespect when I ask how could one possibly support that god after hearing all of the valid points Matt just made? I'm just trying to see from your point of view. :)

  • @Uberboy07

My thoughts on this are a bit wide for a youtube comment. I think he brings up very strong points that are hard to dismiss, but I think you have to view things a bit differently to understand the Christian perspective. To be completely honest, I would be an atheist if it wasn't for the things I have seen and felt. However, given my experiences, I understand God's love in a different way than most people see it. If you want I could write a detailed answer in a PM. :)

  • LOVE the godfather coppola restoration reference!

  • Jesus Chrsit is the only worshipful master

  • @TheMessanjah

jesus is god though. And I don't think he said "worship me over my father".

  • lol he acts like there is only one god he believes in.... what about the other 3million gods?

Why does he not believe in the other books that tell you how to live your life.

  • Great Matt, I couldnt have said it better myself.

  • i don't think that God's powers (if there is one) is something that you "grant", like the rights we were born w/... and so we inherited the Earth from this God supposedly, ur using the issue a murder vs an albeit innocent person (-minus acceptance, and repentance torwards God and for some a kinda submission to their messengers or lesser gods... basically as a launching point to get your other ideas across, when it's against some commandment to murder, if God created all, they've got a solution?

  • my current understanding is that there are passages in the holy books where God says you can not get to heaven soley based on ur works it has to be combined w/ some "relationship" w/ him (others believe a covenant whereby u are promised eternal life for belief in God n keeping info from Satan), but like in the bible your "works" are reviewed at the "judgement", some christians don't believe in a rapture, many believe different things from each other, no way to know how God comes to decide things

  • even now*

  • You have taken the position of the attacker so have lost your position as those with reason.. even know telling you where your evidence is some of you will still not understand..

  • If you set out understand with open eyes and ears then you become the wise. Yet if you set out to destroy a man with out engaging it yourself you become like that which is weak and ignorant. So by seeking everything that is with an open mind you can become that which has wisdom because my friends no one has all the answers.. Seek from others even those you think not to know. They may have more knowledge then you originally thought so..

  • How sad I feel for your eyes that have led you to see black and white and through the pages and science you search you will find your earthly evidence because thats all you know. When you strike a man at his heel youll find the evidence of your wicked ways is right in front of you then you'll see the irony of the ones you mock..

  • @krazykat22k - "When you strike a man at his heel youll find the evidence of your wicked ways is right in front of you"

Was that supposed to make sense? Because it doesn't.

  • I have proved my position you people can't even see the fault in your ways you wish to help a man but can't even see your own. You have created a path of evidence that lies hand in hand with mockery..

  • @krazykat22k - What position did you prove, and how, exactly, did you prove it?

  • @krazykat22k "you have created a path of evidence that lies hand in hand with mockery", this doesn't make any sense, have you seen how they mocked Darwin for his theory that we are descendants from monkeys? Or the old western mentality that non whtie people were savages because of their different religions, shamanism, islam, hinduism etc? Are you trying to say that christians never judge and that ahtiests are devils that just mocks and never reason? That is ironic.

  • @Imhornydadcomeinside I am saying we all judge and don't think according to reason. If a man has one belief and another man has evidence if they argue what logical means will they find. Yet if they understand where eachother is coming from without attacking ones ideals they truly are that of greater intellect. Instead we choose to use our views as a means of destruction to tear at each others evidence, values, principles, science, etc.. How weak does this make us as people?

  • @krazykat22k Just because some atheists mocks doesn't make them wrong, just because christians mock it doesn't make them wrong, it makes them douchbags yes but not "less intelligent", most people want to avoid mocking in arguments just to keep the discussion civil and fair, that is the only thing.

  • You men and women are blind to your ways. If you took the time to look at yourselves you would see the wickedness of your ways and realize your evidence is right in front of you but of course you choose to walk the earth as if you know all from the dust in which you search. You have made yourselves weak and the fate of life lies with those who ignore the truth. If you could only see the truth then you would understand what your cause is..

  • @krazykat22k Show us this veritable treasure-trove of evidence which lies in front of us.

  • @2mad5cow2 Not even I could do that as you fail to even see fault in your own ways..

  • @krazykat22k - What's there to see fault in? How about you cite some examples? You know, provide evidence?

  • @krazykat22k

What you're blatantly and sadly ignoring is hypocrisy of your own opinion. You think you know the absolute truth about a higher power. Atheists don't claim any knowledge like that. We admit that we don't know a lot of the answers that religions claim they have. If you were capable of understanding that, you wouldn't be talking out of your ass like you are.

You have decided to stop looking for real answers in favor of the comfort of lies... don't try to claim any high ground.

  • @krazykat22k No, you are blind to the *real* truth! But I can't tell you why, because you are unable to see that you are wrong. Good argument thar.

  • @krazykat22k - Gotta love these "arguments" that say "the evidence is right in front of you" but when asked WHAT that evidence is, theists either say "it's right there you just can't see it" or "it's the Bible!" Neither of which works, but theists THINK it has to work. Because that flimsy, lame excuse for logic is what convinced theists in the first place

  • Wow he got irrecoverably owned at 8:25

  • @Messianichope4Israel Because,in America and most of Europe Christianity is the most prevalent religion.

  • 2:50 Thats easy !!

God knows the future and We have free will.

That is not contradictory at all

You just have to think in the upper dimensions. Probability

God knows the results of which action you choose to do and how that affect the others

  • @therockmanxx Except he doesn't exist...

  • @lostfanvanjellies22 Probably, but thats how a Christian will win that argument...

wich is fine for this show because it gets more entertaining

  • @therockmanxx - then how is that free will? It's only "free will" if the choice and its outcomes are not pre-determined. But they ARE pre-determined, as evidenced by the assumption that God already knows the outcome. Can we choose something other than what God knows we will choose? If not, it's not actually a choice, it's an illusion of choice. In which case, free will is illusory.

  • @mnkittel Its like tossing a coin or a dice. You know all posible results but You dont know which one will happen. In this scenario you are god. Are we clear? ^^

  • @therockmanxx - Nope. If God only knows all the possible outcomes, but doesn't know the actual outcome, then he's not omniscient. By definition - if there is something you do not know, you are not all-knowing.

  • @therockmanxx what are the upper dimensions?

  • Okay The bible being the First History Book unintelligent please God is Powerful but not perfect and you can see he made you guys destroyed the earth kill kids some things we cant understand but there is not conflict its a matter of being free and Not Dead time travels but again if religion will go in order than there is no arguement as the old testament was First than you have 538 b.c then the New Testament and sorry you Have to deal with Human History and tradition there are rules

  • I will tell you my friends noone has the right to speak on behalf of God's mercy as he permits you to speak so he permits you to scorn himself..

  • @krazykat22k insert "God Father" instead of just God and you have a great line from a mafia film.

  • haha this stupid theist doesnt no wat hes talkin about :P

  • In Epricus's wisdom God has made him blind as all these things go against the free will of men to do as they choose. If God could only permit us to do good we would indeed not have free will.

  • Comment removed

  • @krazykat22k If the Christian God exists then the claim he's all seeing and knowing means he already knows what you will do so you don't really have free will. Only the illusion of it which also reinforced if this "God" exists then he is clearly part evil for if you loved someone and knew where and when they would get hit by a car wouldn't you do all in your power to prevent it?

  • @TekkaSage No I would trust in the lord to do as life intends for if I do this then I truly love God.. If i mock him and curse life then I am just like that of evil..

  • @krazykat22k Since your God created evil and is partly evil then by you going against what you think he wants only makes you as flawed as him. You're saying no it's not suicide for your God to kill you yet it's alright because you truly love him.

  • @TekkaSage Yet if I was made known what was to happen by him then I would act as this is what God intended..

  • @krazykat22k but has he? Has he talked to you? Think of every bad thing in your life. Your God willingly and knowingly let it happen to you. Do you think if you loved someone truly and you had the power to prevent everything wouldn't you protect the one you love from harm?

  • @TekkaSage I would protect only to level God permits me too. If i had the power so it was by God it was given and I would use it because of his glory. Yet if it was natures course God permited the action for a reason, a reason which we know not of and only those who know God know what the actions reason is and in this action I would trust in the lords judgement.

  • @krazykat22k So if your God gave you a black note book you could write names of people in and it would kill them would you do it? If you've watched Death Note you'll know the answer to that and to the nature of your God.

  • @TekkaSage I would kill no man and no women even the ones that have cursed me the most in life. I would let them live because of my mercy and the mercy God has shown to me in my life. If I kill but one man or woman so I have made a judgement on behalf of him which I would not be worthy of. I love all that is and can only be the best man I could be.

  • @krazykat22k You clearly haven't read the Bible then.

  • @TekkaSage I know well and good of my God and I know as you have picked him apart time and time again mocking and spitting on his mercy you have truly made your own judgement. Yet if you clearly think you are so righteous to speak on behalf of God's mercy then tell me would you do anything you could going against your own laws(in your case morals) to save those which have cursed, mocked, and scorned you your whole life?

  • @krazykat22k I don't want your God Father to break my legs and I don't want his protection from having him break my legs. I don't speak for your imaginary friends but pointing out the evil and violence within your friend and how distorted this mercy is.

  • @TekkaSage Speak for yourself and how corrupted your judgement is.. even knowing this you still mock him foolish man.

  • @krazykat22k there is no evidence to follow or believe in your Mafia God father I might be a fool sometimes but I'm critical yet open minded making my judgement better than your's. You have no reasonable reason to believe or follow this mafia boss but for the fear of being tortured forever in a magical place he created.

  • Open-Atheist dotcom

  • "Why does god have this right?"

"Because he's god." i add on "and that is what my parents and peers told me and i beleive them without proof"

  • by that I mean woman and man we are all at fault..

  • The Universe is nothing more than explosions, fusion, and replications.Human life is nothing more than the union of heavy elements. From fireworks to nuclear bombs,

We are still the evolution of peaceful, passive beings who want to exsist and enjoy this universe. The glass is half full,go have a beer and love somebody. You only have

about 85 yrs.and then your cosmic dust.We should be living Star Trek, not watching it on TV.

  • Does anyone know what day is National Atheist Day??...It's April 1st.

  • If we acknowledge our limited experience, then does not the risk of God remain? The proposal of atheism seems to be that some of us reach a truly rigorous alternative explanation of our being with zero risk of God. Clearly atheism proposes that human beings have more empathy for each other than God has for anyone. How many of us understand every evolutionary step required to become empathic beings? I believe the risk of the Undiscovered Country remains. Consider risk management.

  • Nice fuckin title card!

  • lol I can't believe folly4444 is still around. Chemtrails? Come on

  • @glassbrain Who knows. Maybe he is the perfect example of what the government can do to you with these chemicals...

    Scary.

  • satan

  • How can anyone watch this and not feel how painfully stupid the religious position is? I mean.. It seriously hurts inside hearing an adult talk and reason like that.. It's sad

  • I am a total Atheist but I will not "identify" with that term, I prefer naturalist

    see Wikipedia or MyPAAC

    dot

    org

a simple test provides evidence that there is not god, say god or devils strike me down now.....wait a moment and guess what, I'm not struck down.....LOL

You can use stupid simple tests like to test the lunacy of the preposition that there is a god to begin with.

  • @MrRr1024 Great, but it doesn't matter if you "identify" with the term any more than you "identify" with the term "human".

Atheist is simply a descriptor for someone with a lack of belief in a god or gods. If that describes you then the term applies whether your "identify" with it or not.

Some religious folks try to emotionally charge the term atheist, for example by equating it with immorality or satanism. However, this really is no different to equating black people with criminals.

  • @omgiwaswrong I understand this, however the term Atheist is an easy way to divide people where as it makes it more difficult to divide the ignorant if you become and claim your self a naturalist.

So it would be difficult for someone to convince a group of people to hate a naturalist because the word naturalist has other over tones which also fall in line with Atheism which is scientifically based knowledge system.

  • @MrRr1024 Fair enough but the problem I see with that is that the terms are adjectives that describe very different things. Not all atheists are naturalists and anyway a fundamentalist Christian won't care what you call yourself once he finds out you don't believe in his god.

Atheism is a simple, well defined concept. According to the Stanford Enc. of Philosophy, "The term ‘naturalism’ has no very precise meaning in contemporary philosophy."

  • Nope, nothing supernatural/paranormal at all has ever been shown to exist for real. The supernatural/paranormal is nothing but fairy-tales, unlike science.

  • @winterstellar i've had many experiences w/the paranormal & can communicate w/them. just b/c you never experienced it doesn't mean that others didn't... you've never felt their presences. it's awesome....science however dissapoints everytime. science could be used to explain how to make a free-energy magnetic motor, but chooses instead to display it's destructive or ignorant side while hiding old principles of physics & metaphysics...

  • There is no evidence for any supernatural beings. Never has been......show us your puny invisible god or go away.

  • so a guy replied to a comment of mine on another video saying "i bet you didn't know that it takes more to not believe in god, than to believe in god" how could i reply to this?

  • @Deathwalking It's only harder for them. They're clearly brainwashed or so insecure that they find it harder to deal with the harsh world painted in shades of gray called reality than to give up their imaginary world of endless life, happiness and belonging.

  • @TekkaSage yea i was trying to word an answer in a way so that it didnt involve the words belief, or faith so that they couldnt turn and around and say AHA so you DO have faith in something, let me tell you, its bloody hard lol

  • @Deathwalking

Interesting implications regarding the dilligent employment of intellect versus lazy acceptance without question

  • @Deathwalking that's an interest'g question-comment..."it takes more to not believe in god than to believe in god"...that can be interpreted in more than one way. but what if god's essence is in us. it's harder to not believe in a god b/c where does our power to exsist, experience & transcend death all by ourselves come from...if there's no god, intellegent exsistence, then we're all victims of an "unintelligent" universe accord'g to matt. if god is us, then we're responsible for our exsistence.

  • @folly4444 yea or the fact that god doesnt exist. and even if god wasnt us, you cant say that we are responsible for our own existance, because uhh we evolved from prokaryote cells to eukaryote cell etc etc, and for the greater part of our existance had no concious cognitive function

  • @Deathwalking even bacteria has intelligence. be'g conscious doesn't mean you're fully aware. your mind can still be unconscious &it is. the hardest thing for humans is to move unconscious thoughts to a conscious awareness. bacteria & prokaryotic cells prove they can think & function w/out OUR conscious awareness. it's impossible for a superlife force to exist in everything else but humans. but it's up to us to move from unintelligence to full intelligent awareness that is akin to a creator.

  • Comment removed

  • @folly4444 no, they dont, do you know why, because they are single cells, just ONE cell, do you know how many cells make up the brain, or the central nervous system in a human? billions. a prokaryote cell doesnt even have organelles like a eukaryotic cell, therefore you are wrong in that assumption

  • @Deathwalking every cell is intelligent. every single cell. even science can attest to that. anthing w/dna has a purpose & function. i'm not wrong in that assumption. thus intelligence rules the Universe but humanity is still learn'g how to reach that intelligence level.

  • @folly4444 no! they are not intelligent at all! there is no concious cognitive function in a prokaryote cell due to the fact they are one cell, its not DNA alone that gives us intelligence, DNA is merely a blueprint. if you had any background in biology you would be able to grasp these simple concepts

  • Anytime a Christian says that we should follow the morality of the Bible, I don't even go to the Old Testament because they wiggle out of it too easily with that "Jesus gave us a new way" bullshit.

So, use Jesus' words against them. Read the book of Matthew. He says that if they get sued and lose, they should give more money/goods than judged against them. It says Christians should sell all their possessions and give to the poor. How many Christians do either? Check and mate.

  • Because arguing just supports the opposing line of thought. Some people believe in Football so that create that reality that why they have sports bars sport Clips and stadiums so will that make us better people I don't think so but it provides entertainment just like book that were written in the pass.

    .

  • I'm not spitting hairs it's all a cycle in our universe. There is no great mechanic in the sky that fixes things and there preoccupied with us. We should have tolerance as long as we are not hearting each other mentally or physically. If you don't believe in something or not. Hang out with people that believe like you. Not every one is ready for same levels of consciousness if that was true we would all have the same job. Try to along no matter what your reality is.

  • The God of the Bible is Impossible! The Earth is actually flat, but the god of the bible made it round. Evidence: Prov 8:26-27, Isa 40:22, Dan 4:10-11, Job 11:9, etc. The Earth can not be both flat and round at the same time. Therefore, The God of the Bible is false because for our Earth to be both round and flat, is a contradiction.

  • Joe Blow the neighbor.......Joe Blow the neighbor.......Joe Blow the neighbor.......Joe Blow the neighbor.......Joe Blow the neighbor.......

  • The Christian seems to be saying that our knowledge may not be sufficient to judge his God concept as immoral. That may be true, but then it is equally true that his knowledge is not sufficient to judge his God concept as moral, because all he offers to rebut the claim that God is immoral because his morality is counter to our own in that we find it unjust to punish infinitely for finite crimes, is an argument from ignorance that our knowledge may not be sufficient to judge his God concpt imoral

  • @bizzee1 Great point. This is like the Christians who make the statement "You can't study God in a test tube. He's beyond any human comprehension"

When they say this I ask them how they can tell me ANYTHING about ANY of God's attributes then. If he's beyond comprehension, then there is absolutely no logical reason to claim you know any of his attributes, including the fact that he is beyond comprehension in the first place

He cannot inspire the Bible because how would they know it was Him?

  • Everything expanse and contracts by gravity energy becomes mass,Mass grows in to inorganic, Inorganic grows to organic and with time organic becomes inorganic and the cycle continues.

  • @BeautyRadio You don't actually know what the difference between organic and inorganic is, do you? (Here's a hint, it's not mass)

  • @robinvan1983 "you are a coward. Anyone who forces might over you, you will allow it."

You're addressing the wrong guy. I'm NOT the advocate of the idea that might makes right. Address the right person next time.

"So if a terrorist bombs a building. you are stating it has every right. As al qaida isn't still caught and they are still a threat, you accept that it is their right to bomb. that is insane."

I'm stating the opposing view. Might does NOT make right. 2+2=4 no matter how "mighty".

Then why call him God?” -Epicurus

  • @TekkaSage Evil comes from man.. its the gift of free will God's gift saying you can choose to do as you wish but know that your doing wrong when you do these things.

  • @krazykat22k if God created man then he also created the evil within man making God the creator of evil. There is no reason for evil to exist if the Christian God is truly God. Otherwise, he's just a mafia boss asking for protection from what he created. Have you seriously not watched this video?

  • @TekkaSage He created man and man chose to understand evil. We have all chosen our path God gave us the choice and we picked it.

  • @krazykat22k A guy has a gun. Put it to your head and says "I will give you free will to obey or die". If you don't obey did you commit suicide when he shoots you? You seriously haven't watched this video and you're just trying to preach in illogical circles.

  • @TekkaSage It's worth pointing out that Epicurus made this argument around 300 years before Joobus arrived on the scence and noone's come up with a decent answer yet. Well, unless you count variations on "you're all filthy sinners so you deserve it." Which you shouldn't, if you have a functioning mind.

  • @mandrellian

I just answered see my answer below!

  • @mandrellian Very true.

  • @TekkaSage

    "Epicurus" = LOL!

This argument assumes a number of arguments, in order to reach a predetermined conclusion!

    1. That God should intervene

    2. That life on earth is all there is (that there is no immortality)

    3. As God has no hidden and objective purpose to allow the existence of evil!

  • @VyckRo Christians defined their God as being omnipotent, omniscient, omnibenevolent. Epicurus broke down the claim that would make this true. You laugh because you need a dictionary or wish to avoid answering the question. Your first two assumptions are pulled straight out of your ass and if God allows evil to exist then he clearly isn't what the bible says he is so is your book flawed or your God? If he's flawed then why call him God?
