Your trying to do too much with your feet. Also, you need to get rid of that portable bar set. It's in your way too much. Build bars in your ceiling and get an electric table. Then you can use your hands again! An electric table will allow you to have bars built into your ceiling because you can lower the table way down. Then you won't have that freaking portable bar set bothering you all the time.
