This post is pathetic, baseless. 99% of advertisements today are clearly, CLEARLY discriminatory towards men. I actually had quite a bit of trouble finding ads that's showed women in a bad light.

Look at ANY kitchen./house advert. They are all sexist againist woman. they feature a WOMAN in the kitchen, doing the housework, cooking and cleaning. To make it worst it is the MAN who is coming home for work to their sterotypical, sexist, feminine, insult-to-females woman.

Women fought for a lot of things the last 50 years. But now, many women have no certain place. In the past, it was clear, taking care of their families. What is today (at the least very common here in Germany)???

As far as I can see, many many women don't even want to take economic responsibility for the family or give the men the opportunity to stay home for a while. So, what is the role of women today? They don't want to stay at home, but obviously they can't earn the money alone either.

Nice video. I think it's funny how only women are shown in commercials taking luxurious baths, or orgasming over chocolate, or trying to lose weight. I especially find jewelery commercials hilarious. I don't know about you, but I would NOT want my husband to buy a $10,000 ring for me.

Using womans bodies/sexuality is used alot but quite alot of products doing this is aimed at woman, as a way of using desire of perfection and beauty as a way to want woman to become emotional attached to the product through desire.Female advertisments to men are nearly always sexualised & used as a way of having sexual control over a woman and again the desire of perfection and sexual desire. that control over a woman associates control with products and gives men the idea of power over woman

Yeah, I sort of agree with you, people are sexist against men too. But, men are more powerful in the world than women. You guys have the upper hand. Some of those ads galmorize rape and violence against women. When you go out in a dogdy neighbourhood are you afraid some women will beat you up? No.

men get paid more generally and in most succesful and phsysical jobs women have to work twice as hard just to prove they're as good as you and they still get paid less.

A real number,not an opinion. And there is much MUCH worse out there,but that's not the 'popular' message.

I just watched it. I guess you were right. But I still don't think guys have it worse. Right now I think it's about 50/50. I don't live in Canada. Where I live every girl is a whore or..an ugly whore. In my town almost all the guys are scumbags who talk about girls like they're objects. One of my friends almost got raped.
