Electronic cigarettes are nothing new. However there's a huge difference between the cartridges and the oils you can use as well when the cartirdges are empty. Yes it's true 250 puffs.

It does seem rather unwise to put expensive things in a hat and then blind and deafen yourself to passers-by who can just walk past on their way out of the transport.
