  • Still difficult to beleive she's free. Can't believe the evidence those jurors simply ignored.

  • he is another Fuhrman!!!

  • I love him ;)

  • all thru the court hearing, casey is thinking to herself..."what's the big deal?"

  • Now these fucking pieces of filth are going to try to impugn Yuri. Unbelievable. I hope the people of Fl. see to it that Baez and Mason are DISBARRED permanently.

  • This guys' great. Has the perfect voice for the job--strong, clear and confident without being overwhelming. Compare Yuri's voice and linguistic skills to those of Georgie, who sounds like a blubbering, insecure and barely literate schmuck. No wonder he left the force.

  • I wish we could get a split screen so we could watch Casey's dumbass face during this testimony.

  • @LRoberdel The murdering whore was fidgeting and playing with her hair and nails the whole time. I'm throwing a party when the needle goes in her!!

  • Nurse613 - I so agree with you and for me this is one of the saddest aspects of the case. Usually when watching the trial there is always the victim's family there to oversee justice. But for Caylee there is NADA: no family members sitting on the prosecution's side, only the lawyers and LE. Perhaps this is what makes it so vital that Caylee not have died in vain - that we all fight for her justice to get her mother put away for life.

  • the minute Cindy realized that Caylee was dead and Casey was responsible, Caylee was all but forsaken and forgotten.

  • if anything ever happened to my child, I can only pray that he'd have an investigator as good as Yuri Melich going to bat for him. He's a good man and he was the only one seeking justice for little Caylee in that whole circus, Yuri was the one seeking justice, not Cindy, Not George, Not Lee, not even her own mother.

  • @Nurse613

I live in the country. Occasionally deer die nearby, as is natural. You would never mistake that smell for garbage. Even decaying raw meat that has been purchased at a store doesn't smell like that because items are missing, like intestines and lungs and pancreas and all the natural fluids. All those things decaying together make a dead thing smell very different than anything else. There simply is no question on what it is you're smelling. All country people know this.

  • @Nurse613 I agree 100%

  • I think Yuri Melich deserves an award for the professional way he has carried himself throughout this case. I have listened to most all of the audio and video available and he has done everything he should have done and more by continuing to try to work with this delusional family. He must have went home at night and showered with a brillo pad to rid himself of the lies and his unfailing knowledge that something terrible had happened to that little girl.

  • I agree 100%. I listened to everything as well. I'm positive he knew Casey was guilty of something bad during the very first interview. By the second interview at Universal, I think he knew Caylee was dead. All the detectives did a good job in this case. Yuri also knew Casey was full of shit when he first read Casey's written statement before the first interview. His first question was asking Casey if she wanted to change her story! lmao

  • Can I ask you, what is your take on why the parents are still standing behind this girl. I am a parent and I can only truly hope that I can see clearly that although you can still love your child and people would expect only that, you can also realize the worst and try to come to terms with it and move forward. Do you think they really enjoy the attention or are they sooo much in denial that they just can't bring themselves to what all of us know????

  • It's my opinion, Cindy on that first day, the 15th of July really didn't know where Caylee was and Cindy wanted her home. Also I think Cindy has always been very critical of Casey. To the point of almost verbal abuse not to mention a control freak. After Casey was arrested, and Cindy and George had become aware of the amount of lying Casey was doing. They put that together with the smell of the car and Caylee nowhere to be found and have since then known Casey did something to Caylee......

  • I believe you are right about the abuse and I also believe that if Casey had been given a choice, she either would have aborted or adopted the child out. I believe that she only kept the child because that was what Cindy had decided. I think from then on, she was under a great deal of expectation and demand from Cindy and when she failed, it was as if Cindy failed herself. However, again, do you think they enjoy the attention or is it true denial???

  • Neither. I think they will try anything to poison a potential jury pool. THEY are the ones doing that, not the other way around. They keep trying to paint Casey in a better light. They do that for themselves also. They don't want to be blamed for screwing Casey up. It isn't denial it's a show.

And they are making money as well. I'll bet during trial Baez blames Casey's actions on Cindy and George. They don't know it yet, but I think thats what will happen.

  • ....They knew Caylee wasn't alive. Cindy knowing the problems between her and Casey refuses to admit Caylee is dead because she probably blames herself as well. So it's easier to deny it. Now shes trying to be the supportive mom she never was before. I'm trying to keep this short! lmao Anyway, the only way Casey had a chance was if Caylee's body wasn't found. Thats where again Cindy tried to control this investigation and tried to stop Leonard P. from searching. As long as Caylee isn't found...

  • ...They can claim she is missing. That is when they started lying and obstructing justice, and changing their stories, and trying to blame someone else. When Caylee was found that was

horrible news for them for a few reasons. Any hope they did have was gone, plus now they can't continue pretending to search for Caylee.

This family is beyond disfunctional. Normal parents would still love their child but wouldn't condone these actions by lying for them. ......

  • Casey lives in her own reality. She can't handle actual reality as was evident last Friday. Cindy and George have used Caylee's murder for profit.

It's my opinion their behavior has been and still is disgusting. Everything they do is for show. George with his "Poor Me" act all the time and Cindy is a pathological lying control freak. Nothing they do is normal. If you listen to them both at Casey's bond hearing it's quite disturbing. And obvious there was no love in that home.

  • I haven't seen last Friday's hearing yet, so I can't comment on Casey's behavior but I do know that when I listen to the Universal tapes (over and over because they are unbelievable), I truly believe that she has been living in her fantasy since she was fired from her job and couldn't go home and tell her mother that. Her mother, on the other hand, allowed her to continue in this fantasy land while she stole 100s of dollars from her. She has spun this story not only to her family but friends..

  • If you listen to the first interview at home thats even more unbelievable! She talks about getting her phones through work, making stolen report claim at work "9 days ago". All the phone numbers she can't remember or that have changed. The addresses that changed and she doesn't know any of them. Lie after lie and all absurd and so obvious! She gives so much detail in her lies but never actually says anything plus it's all lies!! lmao These detectives deserve an award for their patience! lmao

  • I know what you mean, I find it fascinating and I think that is why this has gained so much publicity. I truly think she believes(to some degree)everything that comes out of her mouth because she actually has been living it and been allowed to live it since 2005. I love how the detectives just kept disproving her every word and then she continued to defy logic by continuing to tell them things that would be proven lies once again. It is a real insight into a very very twisted mind.

  • I agree that if this horrible tragedy were to happen in my family, I would not be fighting with people on the front lawn and I certainly would be visiting my daughter whether advised to or not, all the while asking her point blank why she did what she did and up until the point that Caylee was discovered, where she had put Caylee, so that a proper buriel could be arranged. I had been thinking after not hearing from them for a while, that they had come to soem kind of realization....I guess not

  • @Fogslifted

..when the state calls det. melich to the stand, the look on casey's face is priceless!

..i don't think she saw that coming.

  • I wonder how much evidence would have been found in that car had the police picked it up first before Cindy and George got it home. I know they tried to clean it up as best they could. We know they tried to air it out. Lee said when he got to the house it was all opened up. I'm sure Cindy and George cleaned it up.

Thats a shame they got that car first.

  • I adore Yuri Melich.

  • Casey looked terrified when they called Yuri Melich up there.

  • He has a great voice~

  • she does not like being in that court room at all

  • That cunt will never party again in her life.
