for facial hair i use regular hard brushes, around 80% hardness. Before applying facial hair i give it some darker undertone. Usually 1 lighter and 1 darker color.

i use camtasia, in the effect i guess it has an option to speed up the video 999% (it will show how many minutes it is originaly, and how many minutes it will be afterwards). Its pretty simple. I just have to finaly learn how to encode video in good divx quality.

Excellent video; very inspiring! Out of curiosity, do you limit yourself to the Brush, Erase and Eye-dropper tools, or do you use the rest of the gamut like the Blur and Smudge tools?

Oh, and it's a great idea to drop color spots on the side. Never thought of doing that rather than selecting the color from an already painted area.

I limit myself to the brush and eraser tool, I find it more simplier to blend the colors like this.

But, just wondering, i have seen very good colouring in your vids and i want to ask what rbush, opacity, all of those settings u use 2 colour... Also wondering what u do with the extra bits when u totally scribble the pic. Do u just rub that out?

The brush opacity by default is set to 100%. Since I am working with a tablet , at the brush propereties I set it to "Pen Pressure" so would change from 0 to 100%, depending how hard I press the pen on the tablet. When I do the lineart, and I end up with scribles, and it disturbes me, yes I do erase it. I use usualy different layers for background, skin, eyes-mouth, hair and for the lineart.
